Syracuse Home Expands Community of Care
Throughout 158 years, and several generations, Syracuse Home Association has kept a fundamental promise to provide exceptional healthcare. This mission continues to be championed through committed healthcare professionals, volunteers and generous donors. Today, Syracuse Home is poised on the threshold of becoming a continuing care community, offering a seamless transition for seniors as their needs and wishes change.
Continuously evaluating and responding to the changing needs of the community, a vision and plan to make the facilities amenities and services relevant to the needs of todayメs generation and those of tomorrowメs continues to be in place. The multi-year expansion and renovation plan has included construction of the new 80-bed skilled nursing center, and grand opening last summer, as well as renovation of the original building into McHarrie Pointe, a state-of-the-art assisted living residence, which is open for tours, with a planned appointment. . McHarrie Pointe, and Sage Court, a secure memory care area for individuals diagnosed with dementia, will round out Syracuse Homeメs continuum of care for all those who need our help and care.
